Description
This training will take you step by step through one of our most important processes in Dynamics: The Customer Lifecycle. This is a process with 4 stages: Lead, Suspect, Prospect & Sold To.

So far, in this training you will see an overview of the Customer Lifecycle, as well as the first stage: Leads.

Each section of this training treats each of the Customer Lifecycle steps separately. If you are familiar with parts of this process, you can already jump ahead to the parts you would like to improve on. Nonetheless, we always recommend taking the full training, as you might see new ways to make your work easier.
