Contacts & Marketing Lists in Dynamics explains the rules that apply to customer mailings, with regards to GDPR, as well as an overview of new features for contacts in Dynamics.

This course is particularly helpful to account managers before customer mailings are sent out. You will see what fields you need to edit to include your contacts on a customer mailing, how to edit your contacts one by one as well as a selection of multiple contacts together (in mass).
