Sometimes customers might refer to our materials with names or numbers that are different from our material numbers. In this case, how can you figure out which material is the customer actually requesting?!

This course explains how you can achieve this in SAP. Customer Material Linking allows you to link a customer to a material, and even give this material a name or a number to make it easier for you to recognize it.
