Our CRM tool of choice at LC Packaging, is Microsoft Dynamics CRM. This course will introduce you to our CRM system, the tools connected to this system as well as some of the most important process flows we have in place.

This course will help you create solid foundations in understanding the core logic of Microsoft Dynamics.
